Today, on 24.04.2026, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed and exchange by Prof. Madan Lal Brahma Bhatt, Director, Kalyan Singh Super Speciality Cancer Institute, Lucknow and Dr. Bhaskar Narayan, Director, Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow, marking a significant step towards strengthening collaborative research in the field of toxicology and its impact on human health and the environment.
This collaboration aims to establish a leadership position in toxicology research by addressing critical challenges related to industrial, agricultural, and environmental exposures. Both institutions will work together to advance scientific knowledge, develop innovative solutions, and promote sustainable health practices and also work to devise simple/rapid diagnostic test and its application in human beings for various disorders caused by industrial environmental chemicals.
The MoU signifies a shared commitment of both institutions to contribute towards public health, environmental safety, and scientific advancement through collaborative research and knowledge exchange.
This initiative is expected to pave the way for impactful research outcomes, policy inputs, and enhanced awareness in the field of toxicology, ultimately benefiting society at large.
