Successful Blood Donation Camp Organized at Kalyan Singh Cancer Institute with Support from Social Organizations

Under the joint aegis of Seva Bharti, Samrat Vikramaditya Seva Sansthan, and the Medicine Vendors Welfare Committee, a blood donation camp was successfully organized today in the Department of Transfusion Medicine at Kalyan Singh Cancer Institute, Lucknow, under the guidance of the Head of Department, Dr. Anju Dubey.
The Chief Guest of the programme, Prof.M.L.B. Bhatt, Director of the Institute, appreciated this initiative and stated that humanitarian services like blood donation prove to be lifesaving for cancer patients and those suffering from critical illnesses.
The Special Guest, former MLA Shri Devmani Dwivedi, also graced the occasion and encouraged the blood donors.
A total of 20 units of blood were collected during the camp, which will directly benefit several patients undergoing treatment at the institute.
The event was attended by Shri Surendra Mishra, Shri Om Prakash Pandey, Shri Narendra Agrawal, Shri Anand Pandey, Dr. Varun Vijay, Dr. Ayush Lohia, along with office bearers and volunteers from various social organizations. All participants collectively pledged to continue organizing similar blood donation and public welfare programmes in the future.
In conclusion, the event coordinator and Vice President of Seva Bharti, Shri Surendra Mishra, expressed gratitude to all guests, donors, and volunteers for their valuable contribution.
