“Rishi Sahitya Sthapana Abhiyan” Organized at Kalyan Singh Super Specialty Cancer Institute, Lucknow

A “Rishi Sahitya Sthapana Abhiyan” (Rishi Literature Installation Campaign) was organized today at Kalyan Singh Super Specialty Cancer Institute, Lucknow under the Vichar Jagriti Gyan Yagya Abhiyan of Gayatri Gyan Mandir, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. During the event, the 450th complete set of 79 volumes of the works authored by Yugrishi Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya, the founder of Gayatri Parivar, was installed in the institute’s library. This valuable collection was donated to the institute by Ms. Chandni Sharma, an active member of Gayatri Parivar, in memory of her late uncle Shri Ravi Upadhyay. On this occasion, she also presented Hindi and English editions of the Akhanda Jyoti magazine to the doctors and staff present. The chief coordinator of the program, Mr. Umanand Sharma, stated — “The Rishi’s literature can liberate humankind from suffering, moral decline, and addiction.” The Director of the Institute, Prof. M.L.B. Bhatt, said — “The writings of Yugrishi Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya convey the message of human upliftment, establishment of moral values, and awakening of inner energy. This collection will enhance the prestige of our library.” The vote of thanks was proposed by Prof. (Dr.) P.P. Rawat. Those present on the occasion included Mr. Umanand Sharma, Mr. Devendra Singh, Mrs. Savitri Sharma, Ms. Chandni Sharma, Mr. Ashok Arora, Mrs. Usha Singh, Dr. Pramod Kumar Gupta (Library In-charge), and various Heads of Departments and doctors of the institute.
